The Contract

Our contract is a binding agreement between our Collective Bargaining Unit and the university. Its components, called planks, are researched, written, and bargained for by graduate workers, and the ratified contract provides a threshold for our interactions with the university. As we continue to develop an anti-oppressive praxis and fight to make Michigan State University a sanctuary for all who live and work here, we build on these planks and continue to organize for expanded protections and benefits for graduate workers and our communities.
