GEU is pleased to once again be able to offer members optional vision coverage. As part of the Coalition of Labor Organizations (CLO) at MSU, GEU members, along with all other unionized employees at the University will benefit from group discounts for vision care through MEBS.
Open enrollment has begun and will go through September 30, 2011 with coverage effective November 1, 2011. This is a two year plan and payroll deduction is available.
There are two different vision plans available. The difference between the two plans are the rates and the participating providers. (See link below for a rate chart.)

There is no online enrollment available during this period. You must complete a paper application (see link below) and mail or fax it to MEBS. The address and fax number is on the application.
