Political/Legislative Action

As students in Michigan, we are deeply affected by not just what happens in East Lansing, but also by the actions taken in Lansing. This can include any number of issues that affect our education and work lives, including university funding, Medicaid expansion, funding for FRIB, and hundreds of other issues that the state deals with every day.  In order to make sure the voices of graduate students are heard in Lansing, we can work together by giving to the Political Action Committee set up by the American Federation of Teachers in Michigan to give us a voice and give our voice clout. Join us in making sure that when graduate students speak, our representatives listen!
